Margaret Barnes. Margaret is a human resource specialist with extensive experience across the spectrum of workplace training including development, delivery and assessment of a wide range of accredited programs. Margaret has hands on experience in running major training and human resource related organisations, and has specialist interest in developing and running dedicated Indigenous training and related programs. Margaret has developed and managed Rehabilitation and Return to Work Plans over the past 15 years and is accredited by Q-COPM to deliver and assess this course.

The target group for this course is:
This course is for those in workplaces who have a responsibility to manage the return to work of injured workers, or for those who aim to become a Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator.

This course covers:
FNSWCMP303A – Work within the workers compensation industry sector
PSPIM405A – Develop return to work plans
PSPIM406A – Implement and monitor return to work plans
