ABOUT US

The Spectrum Organisation is a non-profit, benevolent association.

Spectrum’s sole aim is to break down barriers for people with disabilities so they can live fully integrated lives in their own communities.

We are a self-funded community-based organisation which operates various businesses to support our aims, including a counselling service, a training organisation specializing in work and life skills, a gymnasium and fitness centre open to the general public, and an employment service specifically for people with disabilities.

Spectrum also tenders for government contracts when they become available to the general public.

We have a recognised and accredited training program and we instigated and funded the award-winning film Unlikely Travellers in 2007.
